Description: Each participant chooses a partner, they will sit across from one another, either in chairs on the floor or cushions, (must be comfortable) knees connecting with arms resting on the knees.

Looking at each other, as much as is within their comfort zone, both of the people in this partnership will be asked to make the sound Huuu. Simultaneously speeding this up and increasing the volume gradually, over a period of about 10 min this to assist in overcoming inhibitions. In some cases other people will be asked to join in. This maybe done with a softly played frame drum to inspire and minimize self consciousness.
Next, one of the participants will be asked to state a thought in one simple sentence this should have relevance to their personal situation, and be spontaneous not to the extent where the participant has trouble thinking of a thing to bring forward, if it appears that they are stuck for words the workshop facilitator can assist. In response to this, the other partner is asked to respond to this sentence in a few statement and must be relevant to the sentence and pertain to His or Her personal situation. Responses have to do with personal experiences responding to the stated sentence and a team has to be a good match which will assist in creating the right energy, it will not only develop into a relevant and productive session but a lasting healing experience. A session will last no less than 1 hour and no more than 1 ½ hours, and there should be no less than 8 sessions for each participant.
THE PURPOSE AND GOALS OF THIS WORKSHOP
This workshop has at the forefront a gaining of trust and openness to start a dialogue about ones problems and hardships.
In a conventional therapeutic session a person is alone with a therapist and is encouraged to speak up, a number of methods are used to achieve this but it often takes years to make even a little headway.
In these workshops however this is merely the beginning of a dialogue with ones partner and a friendship of sharing and openness will start especially when these people are working, eating and sharing a number of other activities in their lives.
After it is established that a degree of trust has grown between the two partners they will be asked to share their experiences at the start of each of their sessions.
They will have the option of having all those participating in these workshops present, or to do them exclusively with the facilitator and partner.
